As a co-creator of Pixel Alchemy— a design studio blending creative direction, regenerative strategy, and poetic systems thinking. We've collaborated with festivals, movements, artists, and mission-aligned brands to build identities and experiences that feel like home in the future.
Envision Institute: Activating human creative potential to co-create our regenerative future.
My involvement with the Envision Institute was a profound journey into reimagining the future of education. As a co-leader, I contributed to designing a regenerative, non-linear learning model, focusing on learner-led educational journeys. This included co-creating new frameworks and values for how we learn, building preliminary models, and developing a long-term vision for a post-secondary school of the future. This conceptual collaboration was about activating human creative potential to cultivate self-actualization, experimentation, and innovation, ultimately contributing to a more regenerative future for all.
At Nuanu, I served as a core team member and cultural strategist helping shape a regenerative creative city from the ground up. My role spanned communications, interim branding, and narrative development; experiential design; team building; and systems implementation.
Over the course of 1.5 years, I supported the doubling of the core team, co-designed high-impact gatherings with 800+ global collaborators, and co-produced the inaugural 4,000-person Suara Festival on an active construction site.
Whether guiding vision translation or crafting connective environments for deep transformation, my work at Nuanu centered on aligning people, purpose, and place — and helping visionary ideas take form.
Nuanu: Weaving Culture, Systems & Spirit
From vision to vessel, Suara Festival has been one of my most dynamic collaborations — a living field of creativity, ceremony, and cultural alchemy.
In 2022, I served as Creative Director and one of three Lead Producers for its inaugural edition, Bamboo Elementum. I led the creative direction, branding, team building, and experiential strategy — coalescing a team of 30 to produce a 4,000-person gathering on an active construction site in Bali.
In 2024, I returned as Director of Partnerships, guiding the onboarding of 113 partners and 58 vendors including F&B, speakers, wellness facilitators, and sponsors. I led the Partnerships & Communities team, facilitated brand integration across all platforms, and supported the festival’s growth into a 10,000-person global event featured in Vogue Singapore and ABC News Australia.
Across both chapters, my work has woven from aesthetic vision to systems design, community building to creative curation — crafting immersive experiences rooted in values, and aligning people with purpose inside transformational spaces.
